Project Description: High-pressure steam plant for central laundry facility

Scope of Supply: Engineer, package, transport to site, verify correct installation and commission, including:

• 2 packaged firetube design high-pressure steam boilers, ASME section 1
• Capacity of 600 BHP (20,700 PPH) each
• Fuelled by natural gas

Special Features:

• High turndown, low excess air burners
• Low NOX emission control using induced flue gas recirculation
• Linkageless combustion control
• 3-element feedwater control and automatic TDS control system
• Continuous flue gas emissions monitoring with automatic O2, CO2, CO trim
• Integrated burner management and flame safeguard
• Remote surveillance via communication gateway
