Project Description: Energy efficiency improvements to existing Crone / Zantingh greenhouse heating boilers.

Scope of Supply: Engineer, new equipment supply, install and commission including,

• Retrofit linkageless combustion and burner management control systems.
• Variable speed drive and control on combustion air fans.
• Upgrade main and pilot gas trains for local gas code compliance.
• Secondary oil fuel system modifications and upgrades.

Special Features:

• Improvement of burner performance for low excess air and increased turndown.
• Accurate response to load changes using PID and linkageless combustion control.
• Linkageless controls with integrated burner management and flame safeguard.
• Remote control and boiler sequencing interface to greenhouse central control system.
• Interface and control features for flue gas condensers and CO2 dosing systems.
